1. Returns:
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be  in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Please contact our customer service team at info@liberatedvibes.com to initiate the return process.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

2. Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If the item meets the return criteria, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
- The refund amount will exclude any discounts or promotions applied to the original purchase.

3. Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

4. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue.
- We will provide a replacement or issue a refund for the damaged or defective item, including any shipping costs incurred.

Please note:
- We do not accept returns or provide refunds for custom-made or personalized items, unless they are damaged or defective.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
