💫 Deposit & Payment:

- A $25 non-refundable deposit secures your booking.

- The remaining balance is due at your appointment.

- We accept cards only for payment—no cash, please.

 

💫 Safety & Comfort:

 - We use a professional welding machine to ensure a seamless, secure connection.

- Please avoid lotions or oils on wrists/ankles before your appointment.

 

💫 Essentials for Necklaces:

- If you plan to get a necklace, please ensure your hair is up and away from your neck to allow for accurate measurements and a smooth welding process.

 

💫 Age & Consent:

- Clients must be at least 13 years old. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

 

💫 Punctuality:

- Please arrive on time. There’s a 15-minute grace period.

- We understand that traffic happens! If you feel traffic may interfere with your appointment time, please reach out to us. Your safe travels are a priority, and we’ll work with you as best we can.

 

💫 Cancellations & Reschedules:

- Deposits are non-refundable but transferable if you reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.

- Our materials include .925 Sterling Silver and 14K Gold-Filled (hypoallergenic). If you have known sensitivities, please notify us before booking.

 

💫 Post-Appointment Care & Durability:

- Your chain will be welded securely, but permanent jewelry is durable—not indestructible.

- Avoid tugging, harsh chemicals, and rough handling to maintain its beauty and longevity.

- Complimentary jump ring rewelds are available if the chain breaks at the weld site.
